Note From The NCHOA Board

On behalf of the Board of officers, we would like to welcome you to the Nautical Chase Website.               We ask that you frequent the page for community events and information.

Common Grounds

The common grounds include:

  • Landscaped lighted stone front entrance

  • 1.5 acre lake with a lighted fountain

  • Lighthouse

  • Park area surrounding the lake

  • Walking track

  • Gazebo

  • Walking bridge at the lake

  • Putting Green

 

The lake is for decorative purposes but fishing (catch and release) is allowed.

Lake hours are

Sunday-Thursday 6:00 am-9:00 pm

Friday & Saturday 6:00 am-10:00 pm
